SparkleClean Pro provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Agreements

When you book a cleaning service with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning needs
• Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before our arrival

4. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in US dollars. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during booking.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations at no charge. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to all standard and deep cleaning packages.

7. Liability & Insurance

SparkleClean Pro carries comprehensive liability insurance up to $2 million. In the event of accidental damage to your property during cleaning, please report it within 48 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items.
